James 1:19

"My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, Spiritual insight: This verse captures the heart of godly wisdom in human relationships. To be quick to listen is to value others’ voices; to be slow to speak is to choose words with grace; and to be slow to anger is to reflect the patience of Christ. In a world of instant reactions and emotional outbursts, God calls us to pause, reflect, and respond with love. When we practice this rhythm—listen, then speak, then feel—we invite the Spirit to shape our hearts and our conversations. True strength is not in volume, but in restraint."
